Defects and Issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it immediately to our after-sales team at info@noxstores.com, and rest assured that your item will be replaced free of charge.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for something different, please contact our after-sales team at info@noxstores.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that for exchanges, there are two important conditions:
- The item you wish to exchange must be in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
- The value of the new order should be equal or greater to the total value of the item(s) being exchanged.
Additionally, a $3 delivery charge will apply to cover the delivery costs of your new order.
